The Brick Mattresses in Canada (2026): Brands Sold, Prices by Size and the 90-Day Reselection

Which mattress brands The Brick sells, and what their queens cost

The Brick lists each size of a mattress as its own product, so its website showed 254 mattress listings on October 22, 2026 once mattress-and-base sets are set aside. Grouping the sizes of each model gives 62 models that are offered in queen. The table shows how many of those each brand had and the lowest and highest queen price among them, at the Vancouver Granville store.

The brand names are the ones on the listings. Stearns & Foster models are listed under Sealy, and Beautyrest models under Simmons. Zedbed sells its models at The Brick under the Scott Living name. Springwall's listing pages carry a "Made In Canada" label; that is The Brick's label for the product, and we have not verified it. How much does each mattress at The Brick cost by size?

These are the prices on thebrick.com on October 22, 2026 with the Vancouver Granville store selected, which was the store the site chose for our session. They are before tax and delivery. Where a listing carried a higher compare-at figure, it is shown as "was". The last column gives the lowest and highest queen price for the same model across all the store regions in The Brick's product data, so you can see how much your own store might differ. Where a size is "not listed", The Brick had no listing for that size of the model.

28 of the 62 queens carried a "was" figure on the day we read them. We report the price you would have paid and quote the "was" figure only as the listing shows it. We do not know how long any model sold at that price. Most Springwall queens sat under $700, while most Sealy, Serta, Beautyrest and Tempur-Pedic queens sat above $1,000. Why the price at The Brick changes with your store

Each mattress listing on thebrick.com carries a separate price for each store region, and the website shows the one for the store it has picked for you. With Vancouver Granville selected, the Springwall Emilia Tight Top queen showed $279.00. The same listing's product data carried regional prices from $279.00 to $369.00. Every one of the 62 queens we priced had more than one regional price. The median gap between a queen's lowest and highest regional price was $500, and a few Tempur-Pedic queens differed by more than $1,800, which can happen when a model is on sale in some regions and at its regular price in others.

• Set your store first. Pick your nearest store on the site before you compare prices, or the figures may be for another province.
• Compare like with like. When you compare The Brick with another retailer, use the same size and the price for your own region.
• Keep the invoice. The price guarantee below works from the price you paid, so you will need the invoice to claim it.

The 90-day reselection and returns

The Brick's satisfaction guarantee page sets out a "Sleep Better on our Sleep Sets" promise: "If you're not getting a great sleep on your new sleep set, we offer a one-time reselection to a new mattress set within 90 days of pick up or delivery." The conditions on the same page:

• Sleep on it for 21 days first. "We ask that you sleep on your new mattress set for 21 days prior to reselecting."
• 180 days with a protector. If you bought a mattress protector with the sleep set, "we offer the same one-time reselection up to 180 days from the date your mattress set was delivered or picked up."
• Credit, not cash, if you go cheaper. "If your new mattress selection is of lesser value, we'll hold the difference for you as in-store credit."
• Delivery is charged again. "Delivery charges apply to all mattress set reselections."
• Condition. The mattress set must come back "in good condition without damage"; if it "is soiled or damaged, the Sleep Satisfaction is automatically void". Floor models and As-Is products are excluded.
• What it covers. The guarantee "only applies to mattresses or mattress and boxspring sets when purchased together", and adjustable bases are not included.
• Nectar and DreamCloud. The page says reselecting into a Nectar or DreamCloud bed uses up the guarantee, and that the "365-Night home trial" applies only to customers who buy one of those beds in the first place.

A refund is a separate rule. The same page says that a product "still in its original sealed packaging" can be returned "for a full reselection credit or refund within 7 days of the original delivery or pickup", excluding As-Is products, special orders and sleep accessories. Pillows, mattress pads and toppers are final sale "due to sanitary reasons". The 90-day mattress price guarantee

The price guarantee page has a rule written for mattresses. If you find "your same product advertised at a lower price at The Brick or a Brick Mattress Store within 90 days of delivery or pick up of your purchase, with identical terms and conditions", The Brick "will refund you the difference". For competitors, the "Mattress Plus 10 Guarantee" applies to "mattresses of the same brand with the same key features made by Canada's leading manufacturers", with "the additional 10% of the difference refunded as well". The page lists exclusions, including limited-time offers, discontinued or exclusive items and pricing from online auction or aggregator sites. Because model names often differ between stores, the competitor match is worth asking about before you buy. Delivery and your old mattress

Is buying a mattress at The Brick worth it?

Whether a mattress feels right is personal, and we have not tested one. What the pages show can be set out:

• Range in one store. 62 queen models from a $279.00 Springwall to $3,999.00 for the top Serta and Stearns & Foster models, with showrooms where you can lie on them.
• A regional price. The figure you see depends on your store, so a price quoted online by someone in another province may not be yours.
• A swap, not a refund. One reselection of a mattress set after 21 nights and within 90 days (180 with a protector), with delivery charged again. A refund applies only to a sealed mattress within 7 days.
• A long price guarantee. 90 days on The Brick's own mattress prices, plus 10% of the difference on a qualifying competitor match.
• Removal at extra cost. One-for-one with Premium Delivery, bagged by you, with recycling fees.

The Brick makes most sense if you want to try a Springwall, Sealy, Serta or Beautyrest in person, you can wait for the price guarantee to protect you from a later sale, and a one-time swap is enough of a safety net.
