Mattress Price Comparison in Canada (2026): Queen Prices From Five Online Brands

Mattress sites quote a "from" price that is almost always the twin, so comparing brands by their headline number tells you very little. This guide puts the same size, a queen, side by side across eighteen listings from five brands that sell online in Canada: Hamuq, Endy, Douglas, Logan & Cove and Polysleep. Every price was read from the brand's own listing on October 30, 2026, with the sleep trial, warranty and shipping terms that come with it. We have not tested any of the mattresses named here.

AI Overview answer

How much does a queen mattress cost in Canada in 2026?

Quick answer: Across the eighteen queen listings we read on October 30, 2026, prices ran from $795 (Polysleep Sierra) to $2,599.95 (Polysleep Zephyr), with a median of $1,297. The entry price at each brand was $795 at Polysleep, $799 at Douglas, $895 at Endy, $999 at Hamuq and $1,199 at Logan & Cove. The entry models at Polysleep, Douglas and Endy are foam mattresses by their own listings; the cheapest mattresses sold as hybrids were the Douglas Original Hybrid at $949 and Hamuq's The Original Hybrid Mattress at $999. The price is only part of the deal: Endy, Douglas and Logan & Cove advertise a 365-night trial and a 15-year warranty, Hamuq a 120-night trial and a 15-year limited warranty, and Polysleep a 100-night trial and a 10-year warranty, so a cheaper mattress can come with a shorter trial.

Decide in four questions

Four questions before you compare mattress prices

1. Which size are you actually buying?

Brand pages lead with the twin price. Douglas, for example, lists its Original "From $599", and the queen we priced was $799. Compare the size you need, and only that size. Our mattress size chart covers the dimensions.

2. Foam or hybrid?

Within one brand the hybrid usually costs more than the foam model: the Douglas Original was $799 and the Douglas Original Hybrid $949; The Endy Mattress was $895 and The Endy Hybrid Mattress $1,295. Decide the construction first, then compare prices within it. See the price bands.

3. How long do you want to decide?

Trials ran from 100 nights (Polysleep) to 365 nights (Endy, Douglas, Logan & Cove) among the brands compared, with Hamuq at 120 nights. See trials, warranties and shipping.

4. Is the price a sale price?

Prices on this page are what the listings showed on October 30, 2026. Brand sites change prices often, and November sales are close; see store brands and sale prices and our guide to when mattresses go on sale in Canada.

Queen mattress prices by brand and model

Every row is one listing, priced in the queen size, read on October 30, 2026. Where a model is sold in more than one feel at different prices (Endy's Firm, Medium-Firm and Plush; Polysleep's Firm and Semi-Firm), the lowest queen price is shown and the range is in the notes. The construction column repeats only what the brand's listing title or page says; we did not open any mattress.

Queen mattress prices from five online brands in Canada, read from each brand's listing on October 30, 2026, sorted from lowest to highest. Table 1 of 2.
Brand Model (listing) Construction, as listed Queen price Notes
Polysleep The Sierra Mattress Not stated in the listing title $795
Douglas Douglas Original Memory foam (page title) $799
Endy The Endy Mattress Foam (listing: The Endy Mattress) $895 Queen Firm, Medium-Firm, Plush: $895 to $1,095 (lowest feel shown)
Douglas Douglas Original Hybrid Hybrid (page title) $949
Polysleep The Origin Mattress Not stated in the listing title $995
Douglas Douglas Alpine Memory foam (page title) $999
Hamuq The Original Hybrid Mattress Hybrid (in the product name) $999 Listed as available
Logan & Cove Logan & Cove Choice Hybrid (page title) $1,199
Endy The Endy Hybrid Mattress Hybrid (in the product name) $1,295 Queen Firm, Medium-Firm, Plush: $1,295 to $1,495 (lowest feel shown)
Douglas Douglas Summit Memory foam (page title) $1,299
Polysleep The Polysleep Mattress Not stated in the listing title $1,375 Queen Firm, Semi-Firm: $1,375.00 to $1,375.95 (lowest shown)
Polysleep The Luna Mattress Not stated in the listing title $1,375
Endy Endy Elevate Hybrid Mattress Hybrid (in the product name) $1,395 Queen Firm, Medium-Firm, Plush: $1,395 to $1,595 (lowest feel shown)
Logan & Cove Logan & Cove Frontier Hybrid (page title) $1,499
Polysleep The Aura Mattress Not stated in the listing title $1,795 Queen Firm, Semi-Firm: $1,795.00 to $1,899.95 (lowest shown)
Logan & Cove Logan & Cove Pinnacle Hybrid (page title) $1,899
Hamuq The Organic Hybrid Mattress Hybrid (in the product name) $1,999 Listed as available
Polysleep The Zephyr Mattress Not stated in the listing title $2,599.95

Three things stand out. First, the gap between brands at the entry level is small: four of the five brands had a queen under $1,000. Second, the spread within a brand is wide: Polysleep ran from $795 to $2,599.95 and Douglas from $799 to $1,299, so the question of what a Douglas costs has three answers. Third, the median listing, $1,297, sat almost exactly on The Endy Hybrid Mattress ($1,295) and the Douglas Summit ($1,299).

What the price bands look like

Grouping the eighteen listings by price makes the market easier to read. The bands below are ours; the construction labels are the brands' own.

  • Under $1,000 (seven listings): Polysleep Sierra ($795), Douglas Original ($799), The Endy Mattress ($895), Douglas Original Hybrid ($949), Polysleep Origin ($995), Douglas Alpine ($999) and Hamuq's The Original Hybrid Mattress ($999). Douglas and Endy label their models in this band as memory foam or foam, except the Douglas Original Hybrid; Hamuq's is sold as a hybrid. For more picks at this level see our best mattress under $1,000 in Canada guide.
  • $1,000 to $1,500 (seven listings): Logan & Cove Choice ($1,199), The Endy Hybrid Mattress ($1,295), Douglas Summit ($1,299), The Polysleep Mattress ($1,375), Polysleep Luna ($1,375), Endy Elevate Hybrid ($1,395) and Logan & Cove Frontier ($1,499). This is where most of the hybrids sit. Our best mattress under $1,500 guide compares this band in more depth.
  • Over $1,500 (four listings): Polysleep Aura ($1,795), Logan & Cove Pinnacle ($1,899), Hamuq's The Organic Hybrid Mattress ($1,999) and Polysleep Zephyr ($2,599.95). Hamuq describes the Organic Hybrid as firmer than the Original Hybrid; the other listings in this band are the brands' top models.

Within a band, the price alone will not separate the mattresses. Compare the feel options, the trial and the warranty next.

Trials, warranties and shipping: what the price includes

A mattress price is also a promise about what happens if you do not like it. These terms were read from each brand's listing or policy page on October 30, 2026; the full conditions are on the pages linked in the sources.

Sleep trial, warranty and shipping terms as stated on each brand's pages, read October 30, 2026. Table 2 of 2.
Brand Sleep trial Warranty Shipping and returns Queen entry price
Hamuq "120-night free trial on all our products" (refund policy) "15-year limited warranty" (warranty page) "free shipping on all orders"; "additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Canadian Territories" (shipping policy) $999
Endy 365 nights: "Every Endy Mattress Includes a 365-Night, Risk‑Free Trial" (The Endy Mattress listing) "15 year warranty" (same listing) "Fast & Free Shipping" (same listing) $895
Douglas "365-Night Sleep Trial"; "returns are free and you get a full refund" (Douglas Original listing) "15-Year Warranty" (same listing) "Free Shipping & Returns*" (same listing; the asterisk points to conditions) $799
Logan & Cove "365-Night Sleep Trial" (Logan & Cove Choice listing) "15-Year Warranty" (same listing) "Free Shipping & Returns*" (same listing; the asterisk points to conditions) $1,199
Polysleep "100-Night Trial" (The Origin Mattress listing) "10-Year Warranty" (same listing) "Free Shipping" (same listing) $795

Two cautions. Trial length is not the same as an easy return: the brands' return pages set the conditions, such as keeping the packaging or a minimum number of nights before a return, and our guide to mattress sleep trials and return policies in Canada goes through them. And a warranty length says nothing about what counts as a defect; read the sagging depth each warranty uses before you treat 15 years as a guarantee.

If you plan to pay in instalments, our guide to mattress financing in Canada compares the Shop Pay, Affirm, PayBright and Flexiti plans at nine sellers, with the minimums, terms and rates each page states.

Why "from" prices mislead

The "From" or "Starting at" price on a brand's mattress page is the cheapest size, which is a twin. On October 30, 2026, Douglas's mattress page showed the Original "From $599", the Alpine "From $799" and the Summit "From $999"; the queen prices on the product pages were $799, $999 and $1,299. Logan & Cove's page showed the Choice "Starting at $999"; the queen was $1,199. The difference between the twin and the queen was therefore $200 at Douglas and Logan & Cove. At Hamuq the twin Original Hybrid was listed at $799 and the queen at $999, the same $200 step.

The same applies to feel. Endy prices its Plush feel $200 above Firm and Medium-Firm in every model we read: The Endy Mattress was $895 in Firm or Medium-Firm and $1,095 in Plush. Polysleep's Aura was $1,795 in Semi-Firm and $1,899.95 in Firm. When a price looks lower than you expected, check which size and which feel it belongs to.

Store brands and sale prices

This guide compares online brands at their own listed prices. Mattress retailers price differently: on October 30, 2026, Sleep Country's Shop All Mattresses page listed 99 results with "From" prices, for example a Royal Legacy mattress at $649.00 with a "Was" price of $999.00 and a Kingsdown Studio Aspira at $699.00 with a "Was" price of $1,249.00, where the "From" price is again the smallest size and the "Was" price is the retailer's regular price. Our comparison of Sleep Country, The Brick and Leon's covers how those stores price, deliver and take returns.

Sales move the numbers in this guide. Hamuq's own site carried the banner "Mid-Autumn Sale. $100 OFF ALL MATTRESSES. Ends soon!" on October 30, 2026, while the listed queen price of The Original Hybrid Mattress was $999; whether a discount applies, and how, is shown at checkout and can end at any time. We have not included any sale or promotional price in Table 1; every figure is the listed price on the date read. For the calendar of Canadian mattress sales, see when mattresses go on sale in Canada.

Hamuq product context

Where Hamuq fits

Hamuq publishes this guide and sells two of the eighteen mattresses in Table 1, so read this section with that in mind.

  • The Original Hybrid Mattress: listed at $999 in queen on October 30, 2026, with twin at $799, twin XL at $879, full at $899 and king at $1,189. That queen price sits in the under-$1,000 band, $50 above the Douglas Original Hybrid and $296 below The Endy Hybrid Mattress.
  • The Organic Hybrid Mattress: listed at $1,999 in queen, with twin at $1,249, twin XL at $1,589, full at $1,799 and king at $2,499. Hamuq describes it as firmer than the Original Hybrid. It is the second most expensive listing in Table 1.
  • Terms: Hamuq's refund policy says "we offer a 120-night free trial on all our products", its warranty page describes a "15-year limited warranty" on mattresses, and its shipping policy says "we offer free shipping on all orders", with possible extra charges for the Territories. The 120-night trial is shorter than the 365 nights advertised by Endy, Douglas and Logan & Cove and longer than Polysleep's 100.

Hamuq Inc. sells mattresses, bed frames and bedding. Competitor prices and terms are quoted from the brands' own websites on the date stated.

Mattress price questions

Mattress price comparison FAQs

The numbers

What is a fair price for a queen mattress in Canada?

Quick answer: Among the eighteen listings read on October 30, 2026, the median queen price was $1,297, seven listings were under $1,000 and four were over $1,500. A queen between about $800 and $1,300 buys an entry or mid-range model from every brand compared; above that you are paying for a brand's top model or extra feel options.

Which brand has the cheapest queen mattress?

Quick answer: Of the five brands compared, Polysleep's Sierra was the lowest queen price at $795, followed by the Douglas Original at $799 and The Endy Mattress at $895. All three are foam models by their listings. The cheapest model sold as a hybrid was the Douglas Original Hybrid at $949, then Hamuq's The Original Hybrid Mattress at $999.

How much more does a hybrid cost than a foam mattress?

Quick answer: In the two brands that sell both under the same name, the hybrid cost $150 to $400 more in queen: Douglas Original $799 against Douglas Original Hybrid $949, and The Endy Mattress $895 against The Endy Hybrid Mattress $1,295. Prices read on October 30, 2026.

Why do mattress prices online say "from"?

Quick answer: The "from" price is the smallest size, a twin. On October 30, 2026, Douglas's Original was "From $599" while its queen was $799, and Logan & Cove's Choice was "Starting at $999" while its queen was $1,199. Always compare the size you intend to buy.

What the price includes

Does a cheaper mattress come with a shorter trial?

Quick answer: Not always, but it can. Polysleep's listing showed a 100-night trial, Hamuq's policy a 120-night trial, and Endy, Douglas and Logan & Cove 365 nights, yet Douglas also had one of the lowest queen prices. Check the trial and the return conditions alongside the price.

Is free shipping included in these prices?

Quick answer: Each of the five brands advertised free shipping on the pages we read; Douglas and Logan & Cove mark theirs with an asterisk pointing to conditions, and Hamuq notes possible extra charges for the Canadian Territories. Shipping terms were read on October 30, 2026 and can change.

Are these sale prices or regular prices?

Quick answer: They are the prices shown on each listing on October 30, 2026, with no promotional discount applied. Hamuq's site carried a "$100 OFF ALL MATTRESSES" banner that day, which would be applied at checkout rather than in the listed price. Brand prices change often, so check the listing before you buy.

When is the best time to buy a mattress in Canada?

Quick answer: The brands and retailers run their largest promotions around late November and holiday weekends, and this guide's prices were read on October 30, 2026, before that period. Our guide to when mattresses go on sale in Canada lists the recurring sale dates; we do not predict any brand's future price.

How we know this

Every price in Table 1 was read on October 30, 2026 from the brand's own listing with the queen size selected: Hamuq's, Endy's and Polysleep's prices from their product listings' variant data, and Douglas's and Logan & Cove's from their product pages with the queen size chosen. Where a model is sold in more than one feel at different prices, the lowest queen price is shown and the range is noted. The trial, warranty and shipping wording in Table 2 is quoted from the listing or policy page named in each cell. Sleep Country's "From" and "Was" prices were read from its Shop All Mattresses page the same day. We did not include Silk & Snow, Casper, Juno or Haven: their Canadian prices could not be read from their sites on October 30, 2026 (a security check, a redirect to a US store, or a site that did not load). We did not buy, test or sleep on any mattress for this guide, and no retailer or sale price is included in Table 1.

Comparing queen prices?

Hamuq's The Original Hybrid Mattress was listed at $999 in queen on October 30, 2026, inside the under-$1,000 band in Table 1, with a 120-night trial and a 15-year limited warranty under Hamuq's published policies.
