Leon's Mattresses in Canada (2026): Brands Sold, Prices by Size and the 100-Night Sleep Tight Guarantee

Which mattress brands Leon's sells, and what their queens cost

Leon's lists each size of a mattress as its own product, so its mattress-only collection showed 320 twin-to-king listings on October 23, 2026 once crib, RV and mattress-and-boxspring sets are set aside. Grouping the sizes of each model gives 67 models that are offered in queen. The table shows how many of those each brand had and the lowest and highest queen price among them, at the Richmond, BC store.

The brand names are the ones on the listings. So Sleepy is the house label on the cheapest models and on two boxed mattresses. Tuft & Needle, a brand most Canadians know from its own website, is sold at Leon's as three Euro top and pillow top models priced above $3,000 in queen. How much does each mattress at Leon's cost by size?

These are the prices on leons.ca on October 23, 2026 with the Richmond, BC store selected, which was the store the site chose for our session. They are before tax and delivery. Where a listing carried a higher compare-at figure, it is shown as "was". The last column gives the lowest and highest queen price for the same model across all the store regions in Leon's product data. Where a size is "not listed", Leon's had no listing for that size of the model. Split-head models and mattress-and-boxspring sets are left out.

40 of the 67 queens carried a "was" figure on the day we read them. We report the price you would have paid at that store and quote the "was" figure only as the listing shows it; we do not know how long any model sold at that price. Why the price at Leon's changes with your store

Each mattress listing on leons.ca carries a separate price for each store region, and the website shows the one for the store it has picked for you (ours was Richmond, BC). With that store selected, the Kingsdown Merritt Medium Euro Top queen showed $549.00, and the same listing's product data carried regional prices from $549.00 to $1,199.00. Every one of the 67 queens we priced had more than one regional price. The median gap between a queen's lowest and highest regional price was $1,260.00, and for 15 of the models the highest regional price was the same figure as the listing's "was" price, which is what you would expect when a model is on sale in some regions and at its regular price in others.

• Set your store first. Choose your nearest store on leons.ca before you compare prices, or the figures may belong to another province.
• Compare like with like. When you compare Leon's with another retailer, use the same size and the price for your own region.
• Keep the invoice. The price guarantee below works from the price you paid.

The 100-night Sleep Tight Comfort Guarantee

Leon's guarantee page says it offers "a 'Sleep Tight Comfort Guarantee' for a full 100 nights from the date you receive your new mattress". Its terms and conditions, quoted from the page:

• Buy and use Leon's cover. "The purchase of a mattress set must be accompanied by the purchase and use of a 'Leon's Platinum Sleep Care' mattress cover of the same size as the mattress", and "you must always use the 'Leon's Platinum Sleep Care' mattress cover at all times to protect your new mattress."
• Wait 21 days. "You must keep your new mattress for a minimum of 21 days. This is the normal adjustment period for sleeping on a new mattress."
• One exchange, upward only. The guarantee "allows you a one-time exchange of your mattress set for a model of equivalent or greater dollar value. You are responsible to pay any dollar difference and applicable taxes."
• Condition. "You must return the mattress set in good condition without damage. If the mattress is soiled or damaged due to misuse of the cover, the 'Sleep Tight Comfort Guarantee' is automatically void."

Read together, a mattress you have slept on is exchanged, not refunded, and the exchange depends on a cover you bought with it. The page we read did not state the cover's price; check it at the store. The 30-day price guarantee, plus 5% on mattresses

Leon's price guarantee page says that if you "find the same item brand and model, currently advertised by Leon's or an authorized Canadian retailer, at a lower price within 30 days of delivery or pickup, we'll refund you the difference." For mattresses it adds a "30 Day + 5% Mattress Guarantee": "If you find a mattress of the same brand with the same key features at a lower price at an authorized Canadian retailer within 30 days of delivery or pickup, we will refund the difference PLUS we will take an additional 5% off." The conditions exclude, among other things, limited-time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, "internet only retailers; internet only offers" and pricing from online auctions or aggregator sites. Because stores often sell the same brand under different model names, ask the store how "same key features" is judged before you rely on it. Delivery and your old mattress

So the cost of a mattress from Leon's with the old one taken away is the regional price, plus delivery if the order is under $799 or the store is in British Columbia, plus the removal charge, plus tax. Our guide to old mattress removal in Canada compares what retailers and cities charge.

Is buying a mattress at Leon's worth it?

Whether a mattress feels right is personal, and we have not tested one. What the pages show can be set out:

• Range in one store. 67 queen models from a $199.00 house-label queen to $5,999.00 for the top Serta models, with showrooms where you can lie on them.
• A regional price. The figure you see depends on your store, and the gap between regions can be large.
• A swap that needs a cover. One exchange within 100 nights, after 21 days, for an equal or dearer model, only if you bought and used Leon's own mattress cover.
• A 30-day price guarantee with an extra 5% of the difference on a qualifying mattress match.
• Free delivery over $799, except at British Columbia stores, with removal as a paid add-on.

Leon's makes most sense if you want to try a Sealy, Serta, Kingsdown, Beautyrest or Tempur-Pedic in person, your order clears the delivery threshold, and a one-time exchange is enough of a safety net.
