Endy vs Silk & Snow (2026): Prices, Trials, Warranty
Canadian buyer guide, updated September 25, 2026
Endy vs Silk & Snow (2026): Prices, Trials, Warranty
Queen and king prices by firmness, trial and return terms, warranty conditions, base rules and what each brand publishes about its mattresses, re-read from Endy's and Silk & Snow's own Canadian pages on September 25, 2026. No winner is named, because the terms reward different priorities.
Hamuq Inc. publishes this guide and sells mattresses that compete with both brands. Hamuq's rows are shaded in the price tables and its terms are set out in their own section; every Endy and Silk & Snow price, term and specification is quoted from that brand's own Canadian pages, and the ownership dates from Sleep Country's own releases, all listed under Sources.
AI Overview answer
Endy vs Silk & Snow: which mattress is right for you in Canada?
Quick answer: Neither brand is right for everyone, because their terms reward different priorities. On queen list prices read September 25, 2026, Silk & Snow is lower in five of the six firmness comparisons, including all three firmness levels of its Hybrid against the Endy Elevate Hybrid; Endy is lower only for a Plush foam mattress, at $1,095 against $1,145. Both advertise a 365-night trial and a 15-year warranty, but Silk & Snow requires 30 nights before a return and charges 75% of the original purchase price for a repair or replacement in years 11 to 15, while Endy's warranty is 10 years unless you register as an Endy VIP.
The marketing will not separate them: both ship free across the provinces, both sell foam and coil models in Firm, Medium-Firm and Plush, and both are owned by the same retailer, Sleep Country Canada. The differences sit in the documents. Endy's trial terms state no minimum stay but cover a first mattress order only; Silk & Snow publishes far more about what is inside its mattresses; of the two, only Silk & Snow sells latex; and the older Endy Hybrid has been replaced by the Elevate Hybrid, with final-sale Endy Hybrid units bought after September 9, 2026 excluded from the 365-night trial.
Before you choose
What should you check before choosing Endy or Silk & Snow?
1. Which firmness, in your size?
Both brands sell Firm, Medium-Firm and Plush, and Silk & Snow's prices change with size as well as firmness: its Hybrid's Medium-Firm upcharge runs from $110 to $210 depending on size. The winner at queen is not always the winner at king, so price your firmness in your size.
2. Is the model marked final sale?
Endy's trial terms exclude Original Endy Hybrid mattresses marked final sale and bought after September 9, 2026. Silk & Snow's terms make final sale, clearance and last chance items ineligible for returns, and its warranty excludes them.
3. Will you register, and will your base qualify?
Endy's warranty is 10 years unless you register as an Endy VIP. Both warranties also depend on your base: Endy's rules out the floor and gaps over 3 inches, and Silk & Snow's help centre asks for slats no more than 3 inches apart.
4. Can you meet the return conditions?
Silk & Snow requires 30 nights before a return, a mattress in donatable condition and you present on pickup day for a full refund. Endy's trial covers a first mattress order only, and both brands limit trials after a return, so a past return can matter.
5. Do you live in a territory?
Endy ships to three territorial cities only, Iqaluit, Whitehorse and Yellowknife, and only some sizes. Silk & Snow adds a territories charge that it does not give as a figure.

Where a brand's own pages disagree, this guide follows its trial terms, warranty and product pages, and notes the disagreement here. Endy: an older Canadian refund policy page on ca.endy.com still contains 100-night trial terms, although it shows visitors only a "Redirecting to www.endy.com" notice; its help centre limits a first order to "four Endy Mattresses and four Endy Elevate Hybrid Mattresses", where the trial page says four mattresses; and its help-centre warranty article differs from the warranty page on zipper cover, indentation and where a claim applies (see the warranty section). Silk & Snow: its FAQ page still says 100 nights, where its terms and site banner say 365; its Hybrid page's layer diagrams show 9-inch pocket coils in Firm and Medium-Firm but 8-inch coils in Plush, and "Up to 1200" coils where its spec list gives 1,204 for a California king; and its help centre says "The Silk & Snow mattress uses a 4 lb memory foam", where the foam Mattress page gives 2.5 lb gel memory foam in Firm and Medium-Firm and 4.0 lb only in Plush. Hamuq's own pages also disagree, as its section below explains.
Which is cheaper, Endy or Silk & Snow, by firmness and size?
Every price in this section is a listed price in Canadian dollars, before tax, read from each brand's own site on September 25, 2026. Where a brand sells more than one firmness, each firmness is priced separately: these are the same model in a different feel, not different models.
| Model | Type | Firm | Medium-Firm | Plush |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Silk & Snow Mattress | Memory foam | $775 | $875 | $1,145 |
| Endy Mattress | All foam | $895 | $895 | $1,095 |
| Silk & Snow Hybrid | Foam over coils | $1,010 | $1,180 | $1,495 |
| Endy Elevate Hybrid | Foam over coils | $1,395 | $1,395 | $1,595 |
| S&S Organic | Natural latex | $1,400 | $1,700 | $2,250 |
| Hamuq Original Hybrid (ours) | Foam over coils | $999, one feel, which Hamuq describes as medium-firm | ||
| Hamuq Organic Hybrid (ours) | Latex over coils | $1,999, one feel | ||
Queen, foam against foam. The Endy Mattress is $895 in Firm and in Medium-Firm and $1,095 in Plush. The Silk & Snow Mattress is $775 in Firm, $875 in Medium-Firm and $1,145 in Plush. Silk & Snow is lower at Firm and Medium-Firm, and Endy is $50 lower at Plush.
Queen, coils against coils. The comparison here is the Endy Elevate Hybrid against the Silk & Snow Hybrid, because the Elevate is the hybrid Endy sells on its current product pages. The Elevate is $1,395 in Firm and in Medium-Firm and $1,595 in Plush. The Silk & Snow Hybrid is $1,010 in Firm, $1,180 in Medium-Firm and $1,495 in Plush, so it is lower at all three firmness levels, by $385, $215 and $100.
One Elevate Hybrid, three heights. The Elevate Hybrid is a single model sold in three firmness levels, and Endy gives each a different height: 11 inches in Firm ("firm, stable support"), 12 inches in Medium-Firm ("balanced support and comfort") and 13 inches in Plush ("deeper comfort and support"). Each is a five-layer hybrid over 7-inch zoned steel coils, "up to 1,088 in total". An 11-inch and a 13-inch Elevate are not two different mattresses; they are the Firm and the Plush versions of the same one. The all-foam Endy Mattress works the same way, at 9 inches in Firm, 10 in Medium-Firm and 11 in Plush.
| Model | Firm | Medium-Firm | Plush |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silk & Snow Mattress | $890 | $995 | $1,395 |
| Endy Mattress | $995 | $995 | $1,295 |
| Silk & Snow Hybrid | $1,225 | $1,430 | $1,765 |
| Endy Elevate Hybrid | $1,695 | $1,695 | $1,895 |
| S&S Organic | $1,675 | $1,990 | $2,590 |
| Hamuq Original Hybrid (ours) | $1,189, one feel | ||
| Hamuq Organic Hybrid (ours) | $2,499, one feel | ||
King changes the foam result. In king, Silk & Snow's foam mattress is lower in Firm ($890 against $995), the two tie in Medium-Firm at $995, and Endy is $100 lower in Plush ($1,295 against $1,395). The hybrid result does not change: the Silk & Snow Hybrid king is lower than the Elevate Hybrid king at every firmness, by $470, $265 and $130.
Prices differ by size as well as by firmness at Silk & Snow. The Hybrid's Firm price runs from $780 in twin to $1,265 in California king, and the Medium-Firm upcharge changes with the size, from $110 to $210. Our Silk & Snow Hybrid review carries the full grid. Endy prices Firm and Medium-Firm identically on each of its mattresses, so there the only firmness that costs more is Plush.
S&S Organic. The natural latex model is $1,400 in queen Firm, $1,700 in Medium-Firm and $2,250 in Plush. Endy publishes no latex or organic mattress, so there is no like-for-like comparison to make here.
List prices, not promotion prices. Both brands were running promotions on September 25, 2026. Silk & Snow's site banner read "Flash Sale: 15% Off All Mattresses", and its product pages offered the 15% in place of its free sleep bundle; Endy's price data showed a sale price on some variants and it was running bedding offers. Every price in this guide is a list price that excludes promotions, except one Silk & Snow promotion price in the Hamuq section, which is labelled and dated. Check your cart total on the day. If you are also weighing Douglas, our Douglas vs Endy vs Silk & Snow comparison adds the third brand.
Is the Endy Hybrid discontinued?
Endy has not used the word discontinued on any page we read, but everything it publishes points to the Endy Hybrid being replaced. Its Elevate Hybrid page says "The Endy Hybrid Mattress has been upgraded to the Endy Elevate Hybrid Mattress." On September 25, 2026 the old product page at www.endy.com/products/the-endy-hybrid-mattress returned an HTTP 404, and the address www.endy.com/products/endy-hybrid-mattress redirected to the Elevate Hybrid.
The model has not fully disappeared. Endy's older Canadian store domain, ca.endy.com, still lists The Endy Hybrid Mattress in its product data, with a queen at $1,295 in Firm and Medium-Firm and $1,495 in Plush, and with three options marked unavailable: queen Plush, king Firm and king Plush. And Endy's trial terms state that "Original Endy Hybrid Mattresses (marked as 'final sale') purchased after September 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET are not eligible for the 365-night trial period." If you are offered this specific mattress, in a store or anywhere else, confirm its price, availability and trial eligibility with Endy before you pay.
What is inside each mattress, and how much does each brand tell you?
The real difference in this section is not what is inside the mattresses. It is how much each brand tells you.
Silk & Snow publishes the detail. Its Hybrid page gives a per-size coil count: 600 in twin, 621 in twin XL, 800 in double, 1,000 in queen, 1,200 in king and 1,204 in California king, with a firmer middle zone it calls zoned lumbar support. Its layer diagrams show 9-inch pocket coils in Firm and Medium-Firm and 8-inch pocket coils in Plush. It lists the top layers by firmness, in inches, and rates each firmness on an eight-point scale, with Firm shown as 7/8, Medium-Firm as 5/8 and Plush as 3/8. Its foam Mattress page gives densities by firmness: 2.5 lb gel memory foam in Firm and Medium-Firm and 4.0 lb in Plush, 1.8 lb transitional foam in Medium-Firm and Plush, and a 1.8 lb base foam (1.9 lb in Plush).
Endy publishes less. Its warranty document lists materials: a cover of 97 percent polyester and 3 percent spandex on top and 100 percent polyester on the sides, "Endy-engineered open cell polyurethane foam", a water-based adhesive, and, marked for the hybrid only, a fill of 100 percent polyester fibres and "High-carbon steel pocket coils". The product pages give heights by firmness, layer counts and per-size weights, and the Elevate Hybrid page gives its coils as "up to 1,088 in total". We found no foam density and no per-size coil count anywhere on Endy's pages.
That matters if you like to compare specifications before buying. It does not tell you which mattress sleeps better, and we have not tested either. Where each brand says its mattresses are made, and who owns each brand, is covered in our guide to who owns Canada's mattress brands.
How do Endy and Silk & Snow firmness options compare?
Both brands sell the same three firmness names: Firm, Medium-Firm and Plush.
Silk & Snow's Hybrid page recommends Firm "For back and stomach sleepers who want support", Medium-Firm "For stomach, back, and combo sleepers all around", and Plush "For side and combo sleepers, offering pressure relief and cloud-like comfort", and puts a number on each, 7/8, 5/8 and 3/8 on its own scale.
Endy describes its firmness options in words, such as "firm, stable support" for the Firm Elevate, and publishes no equivalent number that we could find. On both of its mattresses the softer the option, the taller the mattress.
We have not tested either mattress, so treat the labels and the numbers as each brand's description of its own product. A 7/8 on Silk & Snow's scale is not the same measure as another brand's 7 out of 10. If you are not sure which firmness suits you, our firmness by sleep position and body weight chart explains how the same label can feel different depending on your weight and how you sleep. If back or joint pain is part of the decision, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist; no firmness label is a treatment.
How do the Endy and Silk & Snow trials and returns differ?
Both advertise 365 nights, and the fine print is where they part company.
The headline terms. Endy's current trial applies to mattresses bought on or after November 15, 2025 and replaced a 100-night trial; mattresses bought before that date keep the 100 nights, and the 365 nights apply to a customer's first mattress order on Endy.com. Silk & Snow's terms give "the 365 night guarantee which begins on the date your Mattress is delivered", and mattresses bought before May 14, 2024 have a 100-night trial. One note if you go looking: Silk & Snow's own FAQ page still says 100 nights, while its terms and its site banner say 365; this guide follows the terms. Endy has a similar leftover: an older Endy Canadian refund policy page still contains 100-night trial terms, although it shows visitors only a "Redirecting to www.endy.com" notice.
Exceptions both brands publish. Endy's trial terms exclude Original Endy Hybrid mattresses marked final sale and bought after September 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and add that "Mattresses purchased at retail locations may be subject to different terms", so confirm the trial at the till if you buy in a store. They also send purchases made through a wholesale partner to that partner's own trial policy. Silk & Snow makes custom mattresses final sale, "not eligible for returns or exchanges"; its terms add that "All final sale, clearance, and last chance items are ineligible for returns". Neither brand presents its list as exhaustive, so check the terms for the model you want.
Silk & Snow asks you to wait 30 nights. Its terms state that the company "requires that a customer sleep on the Mattress for a 30 night period to allow the customer adequate time to adjust to the qualities of the new Mattress". Endy's trial terms set out no equivalent break-in requirement. Hamuq, which publishes this guide, also asks for 30 nights; its terms are in the Hamuq section below.
Both brands limit trials after a return. Endy's trial page gives each customer one 365-night trial, on the first mattress order, covering up to four mattresses in that order, with one exchange allowed, and states that "Customers who return a mattress aren't eligible for any other mattress trials in the future". The same page also says that "Any returned product type will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials", with a returned Endy Mattress as its example. Silk & Snow's terms say that "If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product", and cap returns at two of each product per customer name or shipping address. Because Endy's page states both a broad rule and a product-type rule, ask Endy which applies before a second order; either way, neither brand gives you an unlimited series of trials.
How each return works. Endy's process is to contact customer care, confirm your details, arrange a pickup, and receive a refund to the original card once the pickup is confirmed. Its trial page says a pickup partner usually contacts you within 2 to 5 business days in urban centres and that it may take up to 3 weeks in rural areas; the refund "typically occurs within 5 business days of the pickup" (up to 15 business days with Affirm or Flexiti financing), and its help centre says 3 to 5 business days. There are "no re-stocking fees in the event of a return within the trial period", and returns must be "in good condition and free of stains and/or damage". Silk & Snow's terms say the pickup or removal is free, and set conditions: you offer three business days inside two weeks of starting the return, you are available on the day to qualify for a full refund, and the mattress must be in "donatable condition", which Silk & Snow illustrates as "no stains, tears or other soiling including odors". Returns to an address outside the country of purchase are refused. For how these terms compare with other Canadian brands, see our sleep trial and return policy comparison.
How do the Endy and Silk & Snow warranties compare?
Both brands badge a 15-year warranty. Neither is a flat 15 years.
Endy: 10 years by default, 15 with registration. Endy's warranty page states that each customer is eligible for a 15-year limited warranty on a mattress bought directly from endy.com once registered as an Endy VIP, and that "The default warranty is 10 years without registration". Endy says a valid claim brings "a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the size purchased", with "no fee or deductible required", and that Endy collects the old product and delivers the replacement at no cost. If the claim happens during the 365-night trial, Endy says the trial is paused while the replacement ships and resumes on its delivery. The warranty covers "the original purchaser of the mattress for the term specified, while they are located in Canada", and is valid only while the original purchaser owns the mattress. Covered defects include a visible indentation greater than one inch not caused by improper use, foam that splits or cracks under normal use, and cover zipper defects on the Endy Mattress, the Plush and Firm versions and the Endy Petit.
Endy's help-centre warranty article words some points differently from the warranty page, including that "Any warranty claim only applies within the country of original delivery to the same customer name." This guide follows the warranty page.
Silk & Snow: 15 years, with a charge in years 11 to 15. Its warranty page states a 15-year limited warranty, and that the mattress "will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost within the first ten years of usage, and at a cost of 75% of the original purchase price between the eleventh and fifteenth year". Silk & Snow also says that "any transportation or shipping costs associated with surrendering the original product are purchaser's responsibility". The warranty is valid only where the mattress sits on "an adequate foundation or bed frame", and items marked "Final Sale", "Clearance", "Last Chance" or similar "are not eligible for warranty coverage".
In practice: if you never register with Endy, your cover runs 10 years. If you register, a valid claim in years 11 to 15 carries no fee at Endy and costs three quarters of the original purchase price at Silk & Snow. Our guide to mattress warranties in Canada explains what indentation limits and exclusions like these mean when you make a claim.
What base does each warranty require?
Both brands name an unsuitable base as a reason a claim can be refused, so check your frame before you order, not after.
Endy
The warranty excludes "Damage due to use with an inappropriate foundation". It says the mattress must not be placed directly on the floor and must use a proper, raised frame that supports the entire bottom surface, with "no gaps larger than 3 inches".
Silk & Snow
The warranty requires "an adequate foundation or bed frame". Its help centre lists a rigid base, such as a platform or slats at least 2 inches wide and no more than 3 inches apart, with at least one centre support beam for queen, king and California king.
If you are buying a new frame at the same time, our guide to what bed frame a hybrid mattress needs covers slat spacing and centre supports in more detail.
Shipping, delivery and stores
Endy's trial terms state that "Free shipping is available to the 10 provinces in Canada and there is a non-refundable shipping surcharge for orders shipping out to the Canadian Territories". Its help centre is more specific: it ships to only three cities in the territories, Iqaluit, Whitehorse and Yellowknife, and only some products, namely Twin, Twin XL, Full and Queen Endy Mattresses and the Twin Endy Elevate Hybrid. If you live anywhere else in the territories, or you want a king or a queen Elevate, Endy's published position is that it cannot ship to you.
Silk & Snow's help centre states "Canadian Provinces: We offer free shipping to all provinces", and says a non-refundable nominal shipping charge is added at checkout for the territories, without giving a figure or naming restricted cities or sizes.
Both brands also sell in person. Endy's site invites shoppers to "Come by your closest Endy store", and Silk & Snow publishes a locations page. We did not check either brand's store list, so look up the locations for the brand you are considering, and remember Endy's note that in-store purchases may carry different trial terms.
Routes, with the basis stated
Which may fit different shoppers?
There is no winner here, because the terms reward different priorities. These are routes, not rankings: each follows from a listed price or published term above and names what it gives up.
If price on a coil model decides it
The Silk & Snow Hybrid is listed below the Endy Elevate Hybrid at all three firmness levels, in queen by $385, $215 and $100, and in king by $470, $265 and $130. Basis: list prices read September 25, 2026.
Where it falls short: Silk & Snow requires 30 nights before a return, and a repair or replacement in years 11 to 15 costs 75% of the original purchase price.
If you want a foam mattress in Plush
That is where Endy is lower: $1,095 against $1,145 in queen and $1,295 against $1,395 in king for the Silk & Snow Mattress. Basis: list prices read September 25, 2026.
Where it falls short: the gap is $50 to $100 at list price, which a promotion can erase, and Endy's warranty is 10 years unless you register as an Endy VIP.
If you do not want to wait before returning
Endy's trial terms state no minimum number of nights, while Silk & Snow asks for 30. Basis: each brand's trial terms.
Where it falls short: Endy's 365-night trial covers a first mattress order on Endy.com only, and customers who return a mattress are not eligible for any other Endy mattress trials.
If you want to compare specifications before buying
Silk & Snow publishes per-size coil counts, layer thicknesses, foam densities and a firmness number, and Endy publishes materials, heights and weights. Basis: each brand's product and warranty pages.
Where it falls short: published specifications are each brand's own statements, not test results, and some of Silk & Snow's pages disagree with each other, as the note under the glance table shows.
If warranty registration is something you will forget
Silk & Snow's 15 years carries no registration step, while Endy's cover is 10 years unless you register as a VIP. Basis: each brand's warranty page.
Where it falls short: a Silk & Snow repair or replacement in years 11 to 15 costs 75% of the original purchase price, and you pay the shipping of surrendering the original.
If a late-life claim matters to you
Once you register as an Endy VIP, Endy's warranty runs 15 years with "no fee or deductible required", while a Silk & Snow claim in years 11 to 15 costs 75% of the original purchase price. Basis: each brand's warranty page.
Where it falls short: Endy's 15 years depend on registration, and its warranty gives a one-time repair or replacement.
If you live in a territory
Check Endy's city and size restrictions before anything else: it ships to Iqaluit, Whitehorse and Yellowknife only, not in king, and the Elevate Hybrid only in twin. Silk & Snow ships to the territories with a charge. Basis: each brand's help centre.
Where it falls short: neither brand ships free to the territories, and Silk & Snow does not give its charge as a figure.
If you want latex
Between these two brands, only Silk & Snow offers it: the S&S Organic, from $1,400 in queen Firm. Basis: queen list prices read September 25, 2026.
Where it falls short: it is listed above every other Endy and Silk & Snow queen at each firmness, up to $2,250 in Plush, and Silk & Snow's 30-night minimum and its charge in years 11 to 15 apply to it too.
Hamuq product context
Where Hamuq fits
Hamuq publishes this guide and sells two mattresses that compete with both brands, so check this section the way you would check any brand's claims about itself. Both are hybrids, each sold in one feel, and neither was discounted on its product page on September 25, 2026.
Hamuq Original Hybrid, $999 in queen and $1,189 in king. A quilted pillow top and foam comfort layers, including a gel foam layer, over a 9-inch core of individually wrapped pocket coils, 12 inches tall, in a medium-firm feel that Hamuq's product page rates 6 out of 10. Against list prices read the same day, that is below the Silk & Snow Hybrid queen in Medium-Firm at $1,180, a little under its Firm at $1,010, and below the Endy Elevate Hybrid at every firmness. On September 25, 2026 Silk & Snow was also offering 15% off its mattresses in place of its free sleep bundle, which put its Firm Hybrid queen below ours at a promotion price of $858.50; with the same offer, its Medium-Firm and Plush Hybrid queens stayed above $999. Check both pages on the day rather than relying on the gap.
Hamuq Organic Hybrid, $1,999 in queen. An organic cotton cover, a wool quilt layer, a natural latex layer and a microcoil layer over pocket coils, in one feel that is firmer than the Original Hybrid. Of the two brands on this page, only Silk & Snow sells latex, and its S&S Organic is listed below ours in queen Firm ($1,400) and Medium-Firm ($1,700) and above it in Plush ($2,250).
Our terms, stated the way we have stated theirs. A 120-night trial counted from delivery. Hamuq's return policy page requires at least 30 nights before a return and a mattress in donatable condition; a courier collects it and the refund goes to your original payment method. The 15-year limited warranty covers the original purchaser, is not transferable, gives a one-time repair or replacement at Hamuq's option, and says you will not be responsible for shipping costs to return a mattress under a claim. Shipping is free on all orders, with additional charges possible for the Canadian Territories.
Where Hamuq's own pages disagree. Its refund policy says it recommends, rather than requires, 30 nights before a return. Its warranty says the mattress must be on a firm, solid surface or base that can support the mattress and its users, while its FAQ page says it can be used on a regular box spring, slatted bed frame, platform bed or adjustable bed. This section follows the return policy page and the warranty.
Where others offer more. The honest comparison on trial length goes against us: both brands on this page offer 365 nights and we offer 120. Both also let you choose among Firm, Medium-Firm and Plush, where each Hamuq model comes in one feel, and both list an all-foam queen below our $999, from $775 at Silk & Snow and $895 at Endy.
Hamuq Inc. sells mattresses that compete with Endy and Silk & Snow. Every Endy and Silk & Snow price, term and specification in this guide is quoted from that brand's own Canadian pages, and the ownership dates from Sleep Country's own releases, all listed under Sources; this guide quotes no star ratings or review counts for any brand.

1 I want a hybrid and price comes first
Start with the Silk & Snow Hybrid. It is listed below the Endy Elevate Hybrid at every firmness in queen and king. Plan for its 30-night minimum before any return.
2 I want a soft all-foam mattress
Compare the Plush foam models. Endy's Plush is $50 lower in queen and $100 lower in king. Register as an Endy VIP if you want the full 15 years.
3 I was offered an Endy Hybrid on sale
Ask before you pay. Final-sale Original Endy Hybrids bought after September 9, 2026 have no 365-night trial.
4 I live in a territory
Check Endy's three cities and sizes first. Silk & Snow ships to the territories with a charge it does not state as a figure.

Buyer questions
Endy vs Silk & Snow FAQs
Prices and models
Is Endy or Silk & Snow cheaper in Canada?
Quick answer: At queen, on list prices read September 25, 2026, Silk & Snow is lower in five of the six firmness comparisons: $775 against $895 for the foam models in Firm, $875 against $895 in Medium-Firm, and $1,010, $1,180 and $1,495 for its Hybrid against $1,395, $1,395 and $1,595 for the Endy Elevate Hybrid. The exception is the foam models in Plush, where Endy is lower at $1,095 against $1,145. In king the foam models tie in Medium-Firm at $995. Promotions change all of this, so check both pages on the day.
Is the Endy Hybrid discontinued?
Quick answer: Endy does not use that word, but its Elevate Hybrid page says "The Endy Hybrid Mattress has been upgraded to the Endy Elevate Hybrid Mattress." On September 25, 2026 the old product page returned a 404 on endy.com, while ca.endy.com still listed it with some sizes unavailable. Final-sale Original Endy Hybrids bought after September 9, 2026 have no 365-night trial, so ask Endy before ordering one.
Is the 11-inch or 13-inch Endy Elevate Hybrid a different mattress?
Quick answer: No. Endy sells one Elevate Hybrid in three firmness levels and lists them at 11 inches in Firm, 12 inches in Medium-Firm and 13 inches in Plush, each with five layers over 7-inch coils, "up to 1,088 in total".
Trials and returns
Do both offer a 365-night trial?
Quick answer: Yes for mattresses bought now on each brand's own site, subject to the conditions each brand publishes. Endy's 365 nights cover a customer's first mattress order on Endy.com, and Silk & Snow requires 30 nights before a return. Endy mattresses bought before November 15, 2025 and Silk & Snow mattresses bought before May 14, 2024 have 100 nights. Final-sale Original Endy Hybrids bought after September 9, 2026 have no 365-night trial, Silk & Snow custom mattresses are final sale, and Endy says in-store purchases may carry different terms.
What happens if you return a mattress to either brand?
Quick answer: Endy arranges a pickup and refunds the original card once the pickup is confirmed, with no restocking fee inside the trial; the mattress must be in good condition and free of stains or damage, and returning one ends your eligibility for further Endy mattress trials. Silk & Snow collects for free, requires you to be available on pickup day and the mattress to be in donatable condition, and removes the trial on later orders of the product type you returned.
Warranty and ownership
Is the Endy warranty really 15 years?
Quick answer: It is 15 years once you register as an Endy VIP. The warranty page states that "The default warranty is 10 years without registration." Either way, Endy says a valid claim brings a one-time repair or replacement with "no fee or deductible required", and the warranty covers the original purchaser only.
Is the Silk & Snow warranty prorated?
Quick answer: Silk & Snow does not use that word, but its 15-year warranty changes after year 10: repairs and replacements come "at no additional cost" for the first ten years and cost 75% of the original purchase price between the eleventh and fifteenth year. The shipping costs of surrendering the original product are the purchaser's responsibility.
Are Endy and Silk & Snow owned by the same company?
Quick answer: Yes. Sleep Country Canada announced on November 29, 2018 that it had agreed to acquire substantially all of Endy's assets, and closed its acquisition of Silk & Snow on January 4, 2023. Sleep Country itself became part of Fairfax Financial Holdings in October 2024. So a shortlist of these two is a shortlist of two brands under one retailer.
How we know this
This guide was first published on September 23, 2026 and every Endy and Silk & Snow figure in it was re-read on September 25, 2026 on each brand's own Canadian pages: Endy's product pages and the product data behind them (including ca.endy.com's product list), its 365-night trial terms, warranty page and help-centre articles; and Silk & Snow's product pages and price data for all three mattresses in every size and firmness, its terms and conditions, warranty page, FAQ and help-centre articles. Hamuq's prices and terms come from Hamuq's own product, return policy, refund policy, warranty, shipping policy and FAQ pages, read the same day. Ownership dates come from Sleep Country's own releases on Newswire.
Every price is a list price in Canadian dollars before tax and includes no promotion, except the one Silk & Snow promotion price in the Hamuq section, which is labelled and dated. No queen price changed between September 23 and September 25. We have not tested either mattress, and we used no review sites, star ratings or retailer listings. Where a brand's own pages disagree, the guide quotes both and names the page it follows. Next review due October 21, 2026, because the Endy Hybrid's final-sale status and availability are still changing.
